COSMOPRO is a multi-million dollar, global company with a powerful portfolio of leading recognized brands.  This position is open for all 50 states with outside sales responsibilities for the "VITALITIES" advanced hair care brand (www.vitalitys.it) and offers a generous compensation.

We are seeking experienced, energetic and highly motivated Sales Consultants to target and dominate sales of all key markets in the professional hair care arena.
Vitality's, a cutting-edge manufacturer of professional hair care products formulated for in-salon/professional used and sold exclusively to stylists. We offer the suitable candidate a challenging and unique growth opportunity.  

BASIC FUNCTION

Outside sales – in field. This is a sales position that primarily drives and develops the Vitality's branding strategy in an assigned geographic area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To introduce, promote and sell the Vitality's professional line of products to hair salons, stylists and distributors   
• To achieve sales goals.
• To maintain and develop a sales route that effectively services the salons and grow salon sales.
• To seek out and develop new salon accounts by "Cold Calling" in an assigned territory; at least four days per week or as directed by supervisor.
• To maximize the salon's educational opportunities by utilizing training seminars and demonstrations.
• To be present and on time at all sales and educational events, inclusive of sales meeting, in salon programs and company meetings or as directed.
• Conduct in salon promotional events that require evening and possibly weekend participation.
• Complete all reports in a timely manner.
• Provide weekly report on happening in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience (beauty industry preferred)
• Proven track record of sales growth
• Self-starter with proven time management ability
• Professional image and attitude
