Product Return / Exchange Policy
1. Within 30 days of invoice date, Pevonia International will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping errors. Washed garments and equipment are excluded.
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from our customer service department prior to returning any product. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. All freight charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
- Equipment Terms of Sale
Warranty: all warranties are set by manufacturer who dictates the conditions and duration of coverage on any given apparatus. Pevonia International will replace any defective item sold for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, items must be returned directly to manufacturer for repairs, or via Pevonia International to be sent. Most manufacturers try to handle repairs in a timely manner. Some customers may qualify to obtain lenders while their equipment is being repaired, please inquire. Customer is liable for freight charges to and from repair facilities while item is under warranty. Pevonia International accepts no returns on any used or open equipment. Exchange of equipment ordered in error or equipment not to customer expectation is possible by calling customer service and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customer will be liable for all freight charges and a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shortage Claims
We make every effort to ship your orders free of errors. All orders are checked and re-checked for accuracy. In the case of shortage or damage, kindly report to customer service within 3 days to justify claim. Failure to report within this time period will not insure proper action to correct problem.
- Shipping Information
Most orders are processed, packaged and out the door within 24 hours.
Shipping costs are determined by weight of parcel. Freight charges are prepaid by COSMOPROSHOP on orders of $ 750.00 or more to the 48 contiguous states. Liquids, Wood, Paraffin & Paper products are excluded.

- West Coast - South: 1-Day
- West Coast - North: 2-4 Days
- Central U.S.: 3-4 Days
- East Coast: 5 Days

- Back Orders
Back orders if valued at $ 20.00 or more, are followed through and are shipped promptly upon merchandise arrival.
- Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order amount to process your order. However, any orders under $40.00 are subject to a $3.00 small order fee
- Refectocil® or Tintocil®
To expedite your Refectocil® or Tintocil® orders, please provide your Esthetician License Number on your order form (if we do not already have it on file).
